THEY WILL HAVE VISIONS AND DREAMS
A Novel by Faith Daehlin

They Will Have Visions and Dreams

A FASCINATING NOVEL ABOUT SUPERNATURAL EMPOWERMENT

This is a fascinating novel about five young people who find empowerment through supernatural gifts from God. Bunny, Brian, Greg, Red and Grace risk it all as they choose to accept the fullness of their destiny and supernatural giftedness. They have visions and dreams, which enable them to make a difference. These gifted young people impact actual global events - from international kidnappings to intercepting plans for nuclear wars. A gripping story told in a very interesting style. Young and old will enjoy reading this book.

THE FOCUS IS ON WHAT WE CAN ACHIEVE THROUGH GOD'S LOVE AND POWER

The focus of the story is to stop the violence, corruption, and greed wherever and whenever these are found. And the novel helps us to decide that this can be done through God's love and power. Young adults will find in this novel not only great entertainment but also encouragement that helps them grow their faith

INTERIOR MONOLOGUES AND DELICATE DESCRIPTIONS

The narrative is full of interesting descriptions of the interior monologue of the characters. Through such monologues we get an insightful glimpse of the workings of human mind, and as the faith of these characters unfold even in times of peril, the readers not only feel the thrill of the unfolding events, but also their faith begins to glow.

The novel is full of delicate descriptions of subtle feelings, expressed in gestures, symbols, metaphors, and just the plain language that is embedded with pregnant meanings.

A SAMPLE OF WRITING

Yesterday's vision arrived precisely on time and glanced quickly around the room before finding a seat near the front. Greg couldn't tell if had noticed him, but he was filled with a happy and tender feeling as he looked down at the back of her head from his usual spot near the rear door. She seemed vulnerable in some way. Maybe it was how she sat there with her head neither held proudly high or sullenly low, but steady and quiet, just waiting for information.

Then her shoulders tensed, and she turned her head just a bit, with a look on her face as if she were sensing something. Greg felt as though his heart stopped for a second or two as the girl turned in her seat and looked directly at him as if she had discerned that he'd been observing her closely. He sat blinking and returned her look, hoping he didn't appear as dumbfounded as he felt. She gave him a quick smile and turned back around. Greg's soul felt like it had wings and was flying above them all. His normally active came to a standstill in a wave of pure happiness. (page 27).
